NSIRA 2020 Annual Report

NSIRA's 2020 Annual Report was tabled on December 10th, 2021. 

I'll try to write a post on the CSE-related items in the report eventually, but in the meantime you can find the great bulk of what I'd probably say—and a lot of additional insights—in Chris Parsons' commentary here.
