Its great there are steadily more personnel in CSE. More power to them. More people, more capability - one expects.
Bill you are clearly motivated by a unflagging respect for CSE (or something?) by charting the rise in its people numbers over the years, month by month by month.
I wish, one day, that all bureaucracies, throughout the Commonwealth, received such numeric attention.
